Job Responsibilities
a) Responsible for the department’s overall product planning, design and product life cycle management
b) Combine user needs and product technical architecture to complete the conceptual design or prototype display of the product
c) Complete product requirements documents delivered to the development and testing teams and collaborate with designers to complete detailed design documents such as interaction and visual design
d) Coordinate technical developers, track product development progress and complete product design, development, testing, and version management
e) Track product launch effects and user feedback, actively tap demand and continuously improve products according to business needs to enhance user experience

Job Requirements
(1): Bachelor’s degree or above, at least 3 years of practical product post experience
(2): Have a macro-thinking on the project, be able to quickly understand the operational needs, and make a feasibility analysis of the requirements (we do not pass the sound bucket)
(3): Proactive work, able to quickly integrate into the team
(4): Master a variety of application prototyping tools, document writing tools
(5): Monitor product data, analysis and statistics, responsible for product user research, user experience improvement, and according to the product optimization iteration
(6): Good at communication, able to quickly articulate their ideas clearly to development/testing/UI
(7): Work closely with the operations team and project manager to get the project on time, quality and quantity online
(8): Have complete project design experience
