Job Description & Duties:
-  Attend to incoming queries received over the phone or by email and respond to customers’ emails
- Â Sell products and place customer orders in the online booking system
- Â Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Â Provide product and service information to customers
- Â Research required information using available resources
- Â Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints
- Â Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:
- Â High School Diploma or equivalent
- Â Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Â 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment / hospitality / Travel & Tourism industry
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
